The issuance plan involves dynamic adjustment of token production based on the blockchain network's mining difficulty coefficient. After the mainnet launch, the token output is reduced by 50% approximately every five years, with each halving cycle reducing the mining amount by 50% compared to the previous cycle. This approach aims to control the inflation of PEM tokens and promote the long-term stability of PEM's value.
